2017 RAPS REGULATORY CONVERGENCE: BOOTH 300/SEPTEMBER 12 LECTURE, 1.15PM

MedTech regulatory affairs professionals managing the launch of products in new markets and maintaining market approval globally will benefit from the invaluable insights shared during the ‘Regulatory Strategies & Techniques for Faster Market Access’ session at this year’s RAPS Regulatory Convergence.

The 90-minute session, taking place at 1.15pm on Tuesday 12th September, will explore the advanced methods and tools that are enabling in vitro diagnostic (IVD) and medical device firms to manage product registration processes in multiple countries simultaneously, quickly and more cost-effectively than ever.

Kicking off the session, Maham Ansari, Director of Regulatory Affairs at MedTech firm Synaptive, will outline the importance of building global requirements into the design of the device from the concept phase, engaging regulatory affairs, senior management and other departments from the very beginning of the product’s development to deal with changing global regulations, communicate those to key stakeholders within their companies and develop regulatory strategies that will make their companies successful globally.
