Description

We seek a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Medtech regulatory and technology services sales efforts in Israel and selected European markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales growth, and maintaining relationships with key clients in the technology sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the technology services industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and key decision-makers in the designated region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets within assigned regions or accounts.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
  • Liaise with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency and increased sales.
  • Deliver regular sales forecasts to upper management, ensuring they are consistent with annual projections.
  • Keep up-to-date with product and service offerings and industry trends.
  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and other company and industry events.
  • Execute social media campaigns and develop an online presence through personal engagement and content creation – Linkedin, Instagram, etc.
  • Engage in personal and remote online meetings with clients in Israel and abroad. 

 

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role within the consulting and technology solutions for the high-tech sector, preferably medical technology (Medtech) Industry of Israel, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark
  • Can measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
  • Show familiarity with CRM software and ability to lead sales presentations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Present strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • You can travel as required.
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, capable of driving sales and leading our company to achieve its business goals.
