Description

We are looking for an experienced and professional Client Manager (CM)

A client manager at the Arazy Group is the client’s primary contact for all services provided to a client. CM facilitates effective communication between different departments, project managers, and experts within the Arazy Group on matters concerning the client and their ongoing projects. An effective client manager must understand the client’s products and regulatory needs in-depth and Arazy Group’s departments and individuals.

You will manage a portfolio of assigned clients. You will have a high degree of autonomy, motivation, and proactive freedom to confidently, professionally, and personally, support your clients. You will coordinate with our project support center, project managers, and regulatory expert to deliver exceptional client services and build strong long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding your clients’ products and regulatory needs.
  • Overseeing the execution of projects and other related services.
  • Resolving internal project-related issues to various degrees
  • Maintaining Client Relationships through team and one on one meetings.
  • Establish a solid client communication plan.
  • Communicate with clients promptly and transparently and facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Enhance client experience.
  • Anticipate additional clients’ regulatory needs during the project and communicate the information to the responsible functions internally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in science (BSC)
  • Work experience in the Medtech industry (BioEngineering background is an advantage.
  • Minimum two years of experience in project management with similar characteristics to the position required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Exceptional ability to facilitate cooperative communication with international and multicultural individuals within the organization and clients.
  • Navigating complex client interactions, varying personalities, language barriers, and cultural differences.
  • Practical problem-solving and crisis management capabilities and flexibility to navigate ambiguity in client interactions
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with a keen sense of responsibility, critical thinking, and priority (Great)
  • A strong desire to achieve excellence in all client interactions and related activities, with the ability to self-motivate and carry out responsibilities independently within stringent deadlines
  • Medical and IVD devices Regulatory Affairs background is desirable.
  • Fluent in English. Additional language proficiency is an advantage.

Location & Hours

  • Work is primarily remote, from home. Candidates should be in Canada and US, preferably east coast.
  • Full-time employment working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week with flexibility of working outside the standard hours, given the nature of the global operations.
  • A permanent position will be offered after a successful evaluation after three months of probation.
  • Salary and benefits will be offered based on the candidate’s experience.

We are looking for an experienced and professional Project Manager (PM).

You will coordinate with our project support center, client managers, and regulatory experts to deliver exceptional client services and build strong long-term relationships.

A Project Manager at the Arazy Group is leading Medtech registration activities of our client’s products in various markets. Managing and overseeing the work of regulatory experts in charge of executing these projects he/she reports back to Arazy Group project support center and the Client Manager. An effective Project Manager must understand the client’s products and regulatory needs in-depth and Arazy Group’s departments and individuals.

You will manage a portfolio of projects for different clients and products. You will have a high degree of autonomy, motivation, and proactive freedom to confidently, professionally, and personally, support your clients.

  • Using Arazy Group SaaS application as a main management tool.

  • Establishing a close and effective working relationship with your experts through online meetings.
  • Establish a solid communication and reporting plan.
  • Communicate with all parties promptly and transparently and facilitate clear communication between clients and expert teams.
  • Enhance expert experience in working with our technology as well as their working relationship with the Arazy Group.
  • Anticipate additional clients’ regulatory needs during the project and communicate the information to the responsible functions internally.

  • Additional education equivalent 2+ background and working experience in medical device and IVD Regulatory Affairs ASEAN region + Japan, South Korea and China – strong advantage!

Intermediate and Senior Fullstack Developers (Remote; or Hybrid or Onsite in Buenos Aires, Argentina or Vancouver, Canada)

Through the Arazy Group’s Technology Platform, a web application that manages medical device registrations, we have helped hundreds of manufacturers register their Medical Devices in over 100 countries.

Our goal is to facilitate Medical Device manufacturers to streamline their regulatory affairs and enable Regulatory Affairs professionals to increase their productivity. We are currently looking for talented and motivated developers to join our team and help to develop and maintain our full-stack web application.

Ideal Candidates
The ideal candidate is a full-stack web developer with some experience in ReactJS for Frontend, strong proficiency with Java for Backend. The ideal candidate has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or similar degree and at least one year of related industry experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Preference may be given to applicants with experience with the following

· Experience with Structured Querying Language such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
· Experience with AWS deployment
· Experience with git version control system such as Bitbucket or Github
· Experience with Java Hibernate or Java Spring Boot
· Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

Candidates with demonstrated ability to quickly learn and fill gaps in their knowledge will also be considered. Candidates must have the capacity to communicate effectively in English and be able to coordinate with Pacific or Eastern Standard Time.
