I have a lot of catalog numbers or brand names, how should I fill out the product questionnaire?

Only unique brands with unique documentation need to be provided. If there is no distinction between the regulatory documents between 2 or more brands, it may suffice to put in a unified name in question 2 of the product questionnaire.
