Event and Digital Marketing Management Specialist
Primary Tasks
- Create and monitor paid advertising campaigns and manage social media posting and communication on LinkedIn
- Manage, create, and monitor Google Search and Display ad campaigns
- Monitor and report on website analytics using Google Analytics
- Oversee and manage external consultants and suppliers (analytics, SEO, paid ads etc.)
- Plan and manage ongoing webinars, seminars and workshops
- Organize, promote, and assist the Sales Team with territory events
- Plan and coordinate international events, both virtual and in-person
- Collect and organize data of participants, schedule following marketing actions
- Work with industry publications and events to generate sponsorship opportunities
- Work alongside the Finance Officer to apply for government marketing grants and bursaries
- Manage recruiting and training of new marketing employees and interns
- Train Sales Team on new processes and platforms as needed
Requirements
- Ability to speak fluent English with strong writing skills, additional languages considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B marketing, social media management, digital advertising in LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.
- Understanding of current digital advertising policies on multiple platforms to generate best results
- Experience with Strategic Social Media Analytics
- Post- secondary degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
- Extensive experience with paid-ad campaigns and LinkedIn social media management
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work and train others
- Experience planning business events such as tradeshows, webinars, workshops, seminars
- Understanding of marketing analytics and experience using Google Analytics
- Experience working with SaaS platforms is considered an asset
- Ability to learn new material and processes rapidly and efficiently
- Ability to manage multiple projects with members of the sales team internationally

Brand and Content Marketing Creator
Primary Tasks
- Develop customer engagement (B2B) plans across a variety of platforms
- Coordinate and create on-brand visual assets, both digital and print for events, website, social media, email, paid advertising
- Develop marketing messages that are clear, concise, and client-centric, ensuring the company tone is accurately reflected
- Contribute to the creation of marketing presentations for sales meetings and webinars
- Copy writing for blog posts, PR articles, video scripts, social media, paid advertising, emails
- Interview clients and employees to generate content for customer success stories and testimonials
- Develop and monitor dynamic, on-brand landing pages for product, service and event advertising
- Create lead generation email templates on Salesforce
- Oversee and manage external consultants and suppliers (video creation, web development)
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of content and present insights to the team
Requirements
- Ability to speak fluent English with strong writing skills, additional languages is considered an asset
- Minimum 2 years experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, graphic design
- Post- secondary degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience of writing copy for a B2B audience, in the SAAS industry is an asset
- Demonstrated graphic design ability on Canva, Powerpoint, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with SAAS product branding and content creation
- Experience with managing video marketing projects (interview, animation, client testimonials, product training)
- Ability to engage with clients and colleagues in order to create impactful messaging
- Experience in Internal Communications
- Experience with WordPress website management and administration
- Working knowledge of Salesforce
